Crank and Watt Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the contact form above. Return the goods you are unhappy with within 30 days of receiving the items to be eligible for refund/exchange. Please note, all items being returned for a refund or exchange should be both unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Please return the items in the original packaging where possible and include the packing list.

At present, we can only offer free returns on faulty/damaged items. If an item is being returned because the customer ordered the wrong size, they should return the unwanted product(s) at their own expense. For UK customers, the replacement product will then be sent back to the customer at Crank and Watt's expense. 

To make a return:

• Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]

• Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
