Yes, they contain nuts. Either Almonds, Pistachios, Pecans or Hazelnuts. They're not suitable for nut or peanut allergy sufferers. All their products are naturally gluten-free and free from artificial preservatives & additives.

The Avanti, Di Bosco, Zenzero, Mocha and Forza use only plant based ingredients.The Classico and Ciocco bars do too, but these also contain a little honey, so cannot be classed as Vegan, but they are Vegetarian.

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the contact form above. Return the goods you are unhappy with within 30 days of receiving the items to be eligible for refund/exchange. Please note, all items being returned for a refund or exchange should be both unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Please return the items in the original packaging where possible and include the packing list.

Whether bought indvidually or as part of a Gift Box, we will exchange it. Please follow the steps below

At present, we can only offer free returns on faulty/damaged items. If an item is being returned because the customer ordered the wrong size, they should return the product at their own expense. The replacement will then be sent back at Crank and Watt's expense.

To make a return:

• Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
