SLOW HORSES – CRANK & WATT PHOTO SHOOT FOR NEW T-SHIRTS AT THE BARBICAN, LONDON TOWN.

True to the style and feel of the excellent Apple TV series, the weather for our planned photo shoot at the Barbican was the only rainy day sandwiched between the sunshine this summer. Having travelled all the way from the North to model for us, Edan and Chriselda brought the spirit required to plough on through the adverse conditions.

If you don’t know The Barbican area in London, it’s a fascinating blend of brutalist architecture, residential spaces, and a thriving cultural hub. Constructed on a site heavily damaged during World War II, the Barbican Estate features iconic concrete structures, like the 40-storey residential towers and also incorporates the Barbican Centre, a major arts complex hosting music, theatre, cinema, and visual arts.

The Barbican's distinct architecture and layout have also made it a key filming location for the TV series Slow Horses. The fictional headquarters of the disgraced intelligence agents, Slough House, is located nearby on Aldersgate Street, and the Barbican itself frequently features in scenes, adding to the show's gritty atmosphere.
